Geoffrey Waburi – Director

Geoffrey Waburi is a seasoned property professional with over 25 years of experience in the valuation and property management industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi (1997) and an ISK Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management. Geoffrey is a Registered Valuer by the Valuers Registration Board under Cap 532 and is also a CPA Part 2 holder. Geoffrey is also a Registered Estate Agent by the Estate Agents Registration Board under the Estate Agents Act – Cap 533.

Throughout his career, Geoffrey has worked with reputable firms such as Highland Valuers and Lloyd Masika Limited, where he gained extensive knowledge in both property valuation and management. His leadership at Kenstate Valuers Limited focuses on property management and finance, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and maximizing the potential of their real estate investments.

Alfred M. Muchiri – Director

Alfred M. Muchiri brings over 25 years of expertise in valuation and property management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi (1995) and an ISK Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management. Alfred is a Registered Valuer under the Valuers Registration Board and a fully qualified accountant, holding CPA Part 3 certification. Alfred is also a Registered Estate Agent by the Estate Agents Registration Board under the Estate Agents Act – Cap 533.

His previous experience with established firms such as Aradon & Co Valuers, Mamuka Valuers (M) Limited, and Tysons Ltd. has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of valuation practices. At Kenstate Valuers Limited, Alfred leads the valuation department, delivering accurate and reliable valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including mortgage lending, auctions, and specialized property assessments.
